A blend of 3 grape varieties: Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Colombard, on 4 Vintages: 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. It is a blended cognac whose grapes and wines have been harvested exclusively in Grande Champagne classified as Premier Cru of the delimited region of Cognac. It is a cognac of categoryVSOPwhose youngest cognacs are at least 5 years old. The grape varieties that make it up are Uni-blanc, Folle Blanche andColombard. To the eye : very light amber Both the nose and the palate reveal white flower scents, a dominant but not the only one, resulting from the Folle Blanche grape variety, more structured scents such as musk, cinnamon, nutmeg, coming from the Uni-Blanc grape variety and flavors on acacia, rose and peony honeys coming from theColombard. A wide aromatic and gustatory palette due to this exceptional assembly. A splendor on ice cubes or throughout a meal alternating with a very cool water and the food served. Will go very well with aschweppeson the rocks or with aschweppes with citrus fruits.
