A 100% Chardonnay Champagne from the Grands Crus limestone hillsides. The cuvée Extra brut Réserve, will delight you with its freshness, elegant finesse and pure minerality. A Champagne Blanc de blancs blended from grapes from the most prestigious villages Grand Cru: Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil sur Oger and Oger. La robe is golden and limpid with a string of fine bubbles. The nose is powerful, expressing beautiful evolution and great maturity. Notes of fresh roasted coffee, a very expressive floral passage are accompanied by hints of eucalyptus and fruit Secs. Honey notes develop in a very round mouth. The dosage is present, yet with a certain balance. Nice final length with pleasant freshness.
