Le VSOP de la Maison Daniel Bouju, 100% Grande Champagne 1er Cru. The Ugni Blanc wines are harvested, distilled and the brandies are aged exclusively on the property. The eaux de vie are stored and aged in old Limousin type oak barrels, gros grain or medium grain. The dress is of pale gold color. The palate is round and light with complex fruit aromas with light vanilla tannin notes finishing with a pronounced spice note. A Cognac for connoisseurs. Can also go in long drink.
