Description

It's a Cognac made from eaux-de-vie much older than the regulations require. This Cognac XO opens the gates of Maison Montifaud's "Paradis" cellar, where the oldest Cognacs are preciously resting.very characteristic of old Cognacs, aromas of Secs fruit (apricot, currant), toasted almonds and spices are omnipresent on the nose. On the palate, the tannins are very delicate. The incredible length on the palate gives way to a "rancio" that is both sweet and powerful!"
