This Double Single blend has been specially crafted by Vallein Tercinier's cellar master to pleasantly surprise discerning spirit lovers. Bottled at 46% vol. with a luminous natural color, not chill-filtered to preserve all the finesse of its fruity aromas from this sweet marriage between a selection of exceptional old casks of 25-year-old Cognac Fins Bois and 15-year-old Cognac Bons Bois. "Very fine, intense, fruity nose, apricot, honey, orange, plum. Perfect balance complemented by notes of anise and almonds. On the palate, first note of ginger, then the same intense, sweet, fruity notes appear in perfect harmony."
