Description

A blend of Grande and Petite Champagne Eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which is 35 years old from 50% Petite Champagne and 50% Grande Champagne. The nose offers a significant note of Eaux-de-vie aging with smells of old leather, vanilla as well as lighter scents of lime blossom, vine flowers and spices. The palate has a lingering length well after tasting, with a strong softening of the taste and honeyed upwellings on the finish. A fine and elegant Cognac, mellow with melted spices.
