Cognac Vallein Tercinier VSOP Premium Selection is a deliciously sweet, floral and fruity eau-de-vie produced by Vallein Tercinier in the Petit Champagne terroir, renowned for its fertile limestone soils. This Cognac, at 40% alcohol, is a blend whose youngest component has aged between 7 and 10 years, exclusively in French Limousin and Tronçais oak barrels. The color of Cognac intensifies with age, revealing a deeper, richer hue. On the nose, it reveals notes of vanilla, acquired through contact with oak casks, as well as subtle floral aromas and mellow wood notes. Roundness and softness are also perceptible. On the palate, it offers a silky texture with floral and fruity flavors, including notes of sweet stone fruit. Vanilla and oak aromas are well integrated, bringing a particular elegance and delicacy.
