Description

A Cognac brut de fût with a minimum of 15 years of aging. It is a Grande Champagne Cognac classified as Premier Cru from the Cognac region and comes exclusively from the Frapin vineyard located in Grande Champagne. It is a blend of very old cognac brandies, the youngest of which is 15 years old. To the eye: bright light amber. This Cognac has a beautiful golden color, with summer reflections. On the nose: woody and vanilla notes mixed with Ceylon tea or dried flowers like spring hawthorn. In the mouth: very nice complexity ranging from woody and vanilla aromas with splendid hints of dried fruits such as currants and toast, with a hint of Virginia blond tobacco. The finish is spicy and swirls in the mouth for a long time. It is a brut de fût at 45.3 %.
