This Cuvée is named in homage to the woman who, in her time, gave international acclaim to her Champagne. It is a wine made from 8 terroirs exclusively classified Grand Cru: Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay for Pinot Noir and Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for Chardonnay. The proportion of Pinot Noir is 53% and 47% for Chardonnay. La robe is Gold with remarkable brilliance Nose: fresh red fruit and white flowers in perfect harmony Like the nose, sensations on the palate are perfectly balanced between fresh red fruit and citrus fruit. Food/wine pairing: as an aperitif, with smoked salmon or duck or goose foie gras. Perfect with fish such as pike with beurre blanc or trout, and sea fish such as turbot or sea bass.
